Six months of one on one coaching built on The Compass, a five phase framework grounded in one truth: know your why before you learn the how. For founders, the path moves through five phases:
The first three months move at two sessions a month, while the foundation takes shape. The final three months shift to one session a month with a mentoring lean, as what you have built begins to carry itself. Along the way, Leonne writes a custom coaching guide built around your words alone.
