Signature talk
She carries a butterfly named Minty everywhere she goes. Minty is named for Araminta, the birth name of Harriet Tubman. A woman born into a world that had already written her story, who felt a calling that terrified her, walked a road that cost her everything, and stepped fully into who she was meant to be. When she did, she took a new name. Her mother's name. Harriet.
Leonne spent nearly thirty years inside corporate systems that were very good at telling her who to be. They were wrong. She answered a calling she could not ignore. She thought it would take three years. It took six. There were seasons where the ground was not steady. She did not backtrack.
In this talk Leonne brings the truth about what it actually costs to follow your own map when the culture hands you someone else's. She teaches entrepreneurs how to peel back the layers, find their own through line, and stay on their path when the storms come.
Notice. Decide. Move. That is the only kind of success that does not expire.
Delivered virtually for the Connected Leaders Academy, and soon a chapter in Dominate, an upcoming book from the Academy.

What Leonne does is remove the friction. She removes the obstacles. She asks powerful questions and helps you see things differently.
This process gave me the clarity and structure I needed. Leonne does not tell you what to do. She helps you hear yourself clearly and build your own plan.
It brought me clarity and enthusiasm and renewed that belief within myself. For my journey, for my business, for how I communicate with other people and even with myself.
If your audience is standing in the space between where they are and where they are becoming, this conversation belongs in the room.
